dear sir , XYZ company paid clearing & forwarding charges & freight Charges to ABC company above limit for TDS deduction But it doest not deducted TDS on that because the amount paid to ABC includes reimbursement of expenses incurred by ABC whether the company is correct in non deduction of TDS. IF not disallowance is caused on that or not
