Is it necessary to mention foreign travelling expenses in Director,s Report?

You have not mentioned nature and purpose of foreign travelling expenses incurred.
Foreign exchange earnings and outgo is required to be disclosed in Directors Report. I am sure foreign travelling expenses must be for the business of the company. Hence such expenses should be reported in the Directors Report.
Above question does not arise regarding personal foreign travelling expenses of directors and other officials of the company.
