21 February 2013 Can an managing director or a wholetime director withdraw professional fees instead of remuneration??

21 February 2013 YES HE CAN.. FOR COMPANIES ACT IT WILL BE CONSIDERED HIS REMMUNERATION, FOR INCOME TAX PROFESSIONAL FEES..
