11 February 2015 IS it necessary for a director to write its Address and DIN on Company documents on which he is signing (As per Companies Act ,2013) ?

12 February 2015 Yes. DIN Number need to be mentioned

Now, Director’s name & DIN (Director Identification Number) has to be mentioned with their signature on all the documents to be signed in the capacity of director. -section 158 of the Companies Act, 2013

12 February 2015 Is Director require to write address on Company document which he is signing, if yes also tell the provision associated with it.
I have seen Company document where Directors are also writing there address.
