03 April 2015 As per companies Act, 2013 every company should consist at least a resident director.
If a company have two directors and both of them become non resident what are the consequences?

03 April 2015 Company that fail to comply will face a fine of up to INR 10,000 on the company and every officer of the company. An additional INR 1,000 per day may also be imposed until the date the company begins to comply.
