13 December 2011 ABC private Limited company, having 4 directors. current year 2 directors expired in car accident.company is defaulted in annual filing since 2006 . no one has obtain DIN No. . in this situation how to complete pending annual filing, how to intimate ROC about their death.

13 December 2011 In such case refer to any ROC personnel because online Annual Filing is not possible without DIN. The MCA portal will not accept such form.
