We are planning tax for our company for FY 16-17
What is the present law position regarding Service Tax on Director's remuneration?
Also should we deduct TDS on the same ?
Want to have minimal tax liability.

On the amount of commission so paid.
TdS to be deducted. Better pay by 31st as from this FY additional tax payable by Director s
