what are the consequences if a director resigns from a private company having two directors. Can this further continue under companies Act 2013?

it is responsibility of the existing director of the company to fill casual vacancy. in practical circumstances, first take proceeding completed for the appointment of a person as director and thereafter his/her resignation be accepted
