23 February 2016 What are the tax implication for
A Director acting as Professional and receiving Professional Fees. A director attending meeting and receiving Sitting Fees and Remuneration from Company.

1.Whether They can Draw Professional Fees and Remuneration from a Same Co. please help with any caselaw.

23 February 2016 Yes if services are professional in nature and director having requisite qualification.
Eg- services by a doctor in hospital and he is director also in the same.
