15 May 2014 i want to know service tax treatment on director remuneration of director of private ltd co (related to WTD and ED)

15 May 2014 WTD/ED are considered as employees of the company.
Hence, no service tax shall be leviable since, the activity provided by employee to employer is excluded by virtue of section 65B(44) of Finance Act'94.
