05 April 2011 Whether Director of a Private Limited Co. can be paid LTA & Bonus as his part of Remuneration.
What are the implications for it??

What else if LTA & Bonus are paid to director other than the Remuneration.

06 April 2011 There is no restriction in paying LTA and bonus as part of remuneration under the Companies Act.

But generally LTA, bonus, commission, etc. are paid other than the remuneration which are treated as Perquisites.
