Director cum shareholder giving a loan to the pvt company.

04 July 2016 Dear Sirs/Madams,
If I wanted to give my private limited company a loan for an amount that is well over 200% of the share capital (I am both a director and a shareholder of this company) what all steps would I need to take to comply with the law and ministry of cooperate affairs?

04 July 2016 there is relaxation to pvt company, that its director can give loan to company. the point here to notice is that your first designation is director with the company.
