11 August 2012 Hi my attempt of second group CA final is in november. i am not getting the tact to study for Direct Tax being such a vast subject..do i have to learn all the citations in case laws and evry section??? please suggest your opinion and guidelines to study this subject.

13 August 2012 Income Tax subject is an OCEAN...I guess u will get the study material from the ICAI..Just prepare for ur exams accordingly.

U may refer Signhania Text Book for the relevant Assessment year.
