07 August 2012 Dear Expert,
I am a graduate in B.com with 54.65% (Commerce Graduate) can i join direct ipcc.
And also i saw a rule in that notification that "any fraction of half or more shall be rounded upto next whole number"

By this point i am eligible or not pls reply me......

and It is ICAI, they are not allowed this
