Din2 and form 32.

14 February 2012 Suppose Mr. X obtained approved DIN in December,2011 but at that time he did not hold any position of director of company, so provisions of DIN 2 and DIN 3 are not applicable(I think so...plz guide). In Feb,2012 he was appointed as a director in Private Limited Company by Filing Form 32. Can now he has to intimate his company by filing form DIN 2 or not?
