09 April 2009 Generate the Din By giving passport number.

Then prepare a affidavit givng name address and fathers name.

Then send the same to your foreign nationtal.

There he have to notarise the photo affixed on the din application and compulsorily he should attach passport duly authorised by notarary and also address proof.

Then you have to send the signed documents to din cell for conirmation.
