Rs.100 shall be paid to MCA, otherwise is shall not be processed further.

Fees for applying DIN :
There is no fees for the purpose of applying DIN.
This is what the link says. But Acutally we have to pay Rs.100 per DIN.

Fill up DIN 1 through online which provides provisional DIN no.then take the printout. Get attested from the practising CA/CS/CWA, all the documents like address proof, iendtity proof etc., (initial expansion proof required).
Under the Misc fee, make online payment for DIN preferably (also offline is permissbale) & give the details of SRN in DIN 1, & send it to MCA.
