any one plzz inform me...
wat is the difference between invoice and bill of sale....in acvounting

In common parlance both are same. But,inthe VAT laws they make a difference between them. An invoice is issued while selling taxable goods and when tax is collected. A bill of sale is issued while selling non-taxable goods and when tax is not collected in invoices.....mjk
