THERE IS difference of 65%in agreed vale & municiple value of building ,a.o want to add difference saying that transaction shows drastically differece. But transaction infact genue because in urgency of cash liquidity ,builder sold property.
what are the documentation to show that transaction is genue?

Comp acq is a thing of past it does not happen now U explain the circumstances to AO and if does not agree then ask him to refer the matter to DVO under section 50C(2)
