What is the difference between Co-operative soceity and Charitable trust? How will the tax treatment differ in both the case? Please do answer.

Co Opeartive Society means Members Contribution to the Society... Charitable Trust means Contribution by the Trustees OR Donation for the Corpus of the Trust...
Object in the first case ...Mutual Benefit Object in the later case..Benefit for the beneficiaries....It may be public or Private...
