19 August 2010 can we charge depriciation on windmills at a percent less than 80% as prescribed. if yes please any notification or case law r there?

19 August 2010 In books u can charge less but in Income Tax u will get 80% depreciation only. No option. Or u could show it put to use late and claim half depreciation.
