27 September 2014 A private limited co. has taken Deposit/Unsec. Loans from HUF (Director)and Proprietorship Firm (Director). Is these treated as Deposit and will be liable to refund before March 15.

28 September 2014 HUF and Firm cant't be covered under the meaning of Director.... So they do cover... As Per Co Act, 2013.... Only an individual be a director of the company
