Delay in receiving ipcc marksheet

I passed my IPCC both groups in May 2011 but still i have not received my IPCC marksheet as well as the passing certificate. I have also registered my articles and final with the help of online printout of marks.
Is there is any problem regarding delay.... Or can I approach any officials in the institute for this...

beter u shld approach the officials at the earlist as delay is very much
beter write mail to the concerned officials and sent a cc to president@icai.org ; vicepresident@icai.org ; ur branch first letterro@icai.org
if your other friends hv nt received the same there may be the genuine delay
