29 October 2010 Dear Friends,
Supose Company A & B has 4 Shareholder P,Q,R,S hodling 25% each in both Comapany.
Now Company C is wholly owned subsidiary of Company A.
If Company b gives Loan to Copmany C will Section 2(22)e attract or not?

01 November 2010 there is no shareholding of any of the shareholders of A & B in C sho deemed dividend provisions would not apply.
