Dear All, I am a salaried person. I want to claim deduction Under Section 80U of Income Tax Act, 1961 because my mother is 80 Years old dependent on me and she lost her visibility more than 80%. Government Doctor issued me certificate in this behalf but on that certificate he didn’t mention any thing about Income Tax 80U section. So is it fine if I claim the same in my Return. Whether I have to submit this certificate along with my IT Return? And suppose I have Form 10-IA then in that case whether I have to submit the same along with IT Return?
