At what percentage of the qualifying amount is the deduction available on donations made towards i) Karnataka Flood Relief Fund & ii) Each One Teach One Charitable Foundation?

What if donation towards flood relief was made to an NGO?

Same is with donation to NGO...

But many times in receipt you cannot find the percentate of dedecution. It is mentioned that deduction is allowed under section 80G.
