01 April 2013 If My Elder Brother Pay My LIC Premium ,
Then deduction u/s 80c Can Be Availed by Me?

However show it as loan from brother and avail 80C thats would be better.

01 April 2013 No....since deduction u/s section 80C is available for premium paid for self,spouse and children only
