23 July 2010 is there any provision that if we dont claim HRA or Medical or conveyance deduction in Form 16 then we cant claim it while filing ITR?

23 July 2010 There is no situation were you cannot claim exemption From HRA or Any other allowance as it is a part and parcel of your salary component and it is duly taken in your Form 16 Also
