Deduction of remuneration u/s 40b in case of 44ad

25 June 2015 Dear sir

How can we show in ITR 5 regarding remuneration and interest if we are filing no account case (section 44AD)
so experts told me about it that we can show it in column no. 30 of BP but it is related with sec. 35AC which is a totally different section.

Is this any other way of showing it in ITR 5?
or shall I show it in column 30?

25 June 2015 YOU SHOULD SHOW THE REMUNERATION AND INTEREST IN COLUMN NO 30 OF BP. THAT IS AN INDEPENDENT COLUMN AND HAS NO RELATION WITH SECTION 35AC

26 June 2015 30 Deduction under section 35AC
a Amount, if any, debited to profit and loss account 30a
b Amount allowable as deduction 30b
c Excess amount allowable as deduction (30b – 30a) 30c 0

Sir this is column no. 30 in which heading is that 'Deduction under section 35AC'
and column no. 31 is about any other amount allowable as deduction

so please clarify either it is column 30 or 31?
