Deduction of earn leave of employees of a company

05 August 2013 please let me know whether a mere provision for earn leave of salaried employees as at 31st march is deductible from profits of a company. It is not maintaining any group scheme in respect of earn leave for its employees at present

26 August 2013 yes. you can make provision according to AS-15.But under income tax only paid amount will be deductible
