Certain expense been disallowed in scrutiny assessment of AY 09-10 for no. deduction of TDS, which is duly deducted & paid in current year.
Can expense deduction be claimed in current year as assessment for AY 09-10 has been closed & deduction not allowed

Ys. If the tds has been deducted and deposited in the current year, you can claim the expense in the current year..
