My company is paying a fixed medical allowance which is the part of the salary .Will i get Rs. 15000 deduction against medical allowance against submission of bill to the company

19 March 2009 No, Medical Allowance is fully taxable allowance.

For caliming 15000 exemption it shoulb be medical facility.
