ON OF MY CLIENT HAS TDS CERTIFICATE IN THE NAME OF BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE HOW CAN I TREAT THE TDS AMOUNT IN INCOME TAX RETURN. SHOULD I BIFURCATE IT INTO TWO PARTS OR THE PERSON WHOSE FIRST NAME APPEAR IN THE TDS CERTIFICATE WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR WHOLE TDS AMOUNT?
