Trust want to provide benefit to donors as whatever they are paying as donation to trust and that amount they can claim as deduction under income tax act.
so for this benefit what trust has to do?
which file which forms and where to submit etc.

06 March 2014 The firm has to apply for recognition under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

Whenever any person gives donation to the trust, then you have to issue receipt u/s 80G. The person will be able to claim deduction on the basis of the receipt.
