shown as negative figure under 'surplus' under 'shareholders funds' - Liablity. The resultant final figure of reserves and surplus to be shown under liability even if negative.
But if no other elements exist in the Balance sheet then the neagtive figure is taken to the Final reseves and scurlpus And as far i am concerned ,i think Balance Sheet should not have Negative Figure .
