That A,B,C,D partners are running the business of commission agent in partnership having equal share 25% from last couple of years. During the f.y 09-10 one of the partner expired on 30/09/2009 and the remaining partner continue the business with 1/3 share each. Now my question is that how to file the income tax return of the firm and what share should be shown in return ( 1/4 or 1/3 ). Kindly show me the way ?
