13 July 2010 Since you are a proprietorship firm you will be considered as an assessee other than Companies for filling of returns.

And Since your turnover exceeds Rs 40 lakhs you are required to be audited u/S 44AB of IT act,1960

Hence your last date of filling return is 30th September.
