30 December 2010 whether we can maintain daily stock register in tally insist of maintaining manually .plz say me the sec under which we can maintain record electronically in excise

31 December 2010 So far as i know,CBEC has not yet aprooved tally to maintain record electronically.if you want to maintain record electronically then your accounting software needs to be approved from excise department .
