DEAR.
I HAVE TWO NO PAN CARD BY SEPERATE NUMBER. FIRST PAN CARD LOST WITHOUT ANY PHOTO COPY. THAN I WANT TO MAKE DUBLICATE PAN CARD BUT THE DETAILS ARE NOT FOUND. BECOZ IN THE FIRST PAN CARD MY DATE OF BIRTH AND ADDRESS PRINTED WRONGH. I CAN NOT REMEMBER THAT ALSO. THAN I APPLY FOR A NEW PAN CARD. THE NEW PAN CARD AND ALL THE PAN DATA IS RIGHT NOW. PRESENTLY I WANT TO CANCEL MY FIRST PAN NO. HOW CAN I DO IT. PLEASE INFORM ME DETAILS.

You have to surrender your first PAN by filling up 'Change your PAN data' form and sumbitting the same with NSDL/UTI.
