02 April 2013 West Bengal Vat rate increase from 4% to 5% from 01.04.2013. If we sold goods under inter state sales in both Govt & Private Party without FORM C (i.e sale goods from West Bengal to other state), what is the current CST rate.

02 April 2013 When sale is without C form under CST, local vat rate need to charge as CST, so CST also will be charged 5%
