02 November 2011 What will be the tax liability under CST Act for Sch A Goods if goods are sold by a dealer from state of Maharashtra?

Any difference in tax liability if goods are sold against C Forms.?

05 November 2011 CST is applicable only when the goods are sold on C form otherwise the local sale tax rate will be applied .
