Is there any time limit for submission of F forms. example : 11-12 CST order has been passed now the assessing officer is asking us to pay the tax amount due for F Forms.

As per CST Law, Form F or Form C are required to be submitted within 90 days from the end of the quarter for which these forms have to be submitted. For example:- for the period july 13 to sep 13, forms should be submitted by 30th Dec13 however these forms can be submitted at the time of assessment also but it would depends upon the time given by the Assessing Authority
