CST against C form

16 December 2010 Respected Sir,

I Make Job and sell them to Interstate.

Please say what is the meaning of "CST against c form.

What is the transation to be done for C form

Seller Gives or Buyer gives.Please Say

If C Form is not to be given that what rate should be Charged

16 December 2010 CST i.e Central Sales Tax Which is Charged by Seller's State Goverment.

Actually if Seller Sell Goods Outside State Then He May Charge Lesser Sales Tax i.e CST if He Get C Form From Buyer Within Stipulated Time & Same Deposited to Sales Tax Department.

and If C Form Not Received Then VAT Will Be Charged That is Higher of CST.& Difference Will Be Paid to Credit of State Govt.
