If i purchase inter-state against c-form and sale inter-state against c-form then can i adust cst to cst

No, the inter-state purchases liable to CST are not eligible for input tax credit.

No, inter -state purchase CST input tax can not be adjusted against Local or interstate sale.

interstate purchase ITC will not be allowed as set off against CST sales. you have to pay CST which was charged in purchased bill without taking input of CST.

no you can adj he CST liablity against VAT . CSt in not inputable. its part of your purchase cost
