09 September 2013 I am to appear in cs professional exam in dec,2013 two modules.
The online form requires to fill detail about SIP(student induction programme) the options are yes; no; undergoing.
But i have not undergone SIp I cleared my executive programme in Jun2012 and I have been registered since 2007.
I have got new registration nos in 2012.

what should i fill in yes; no ; undergoing.
Am I eligible for appearing without undergoing SIP. ??

09 September 2013 u opt for undergoing and as u have registered again u need to do sip.
yes after exam u can do sip.

But sir I completed my executive during my first registration of 5 years. THen I applied for new registration on lapse of 5 years and now I want to appear for final exam in dec 2013.

09 September 2013 but if u got new reg then ur covered by new rules or new scheme but i would like to suggest that first u meet the concerned regional chapter of icsi in this regard whether u need to undergo sip or not.

However, you can show SIP as undergoing..

But showing SIP as undergoing will be technically wrong since I have never even applied for a seat in SIP.isnt it?

09 September 2013 nobody check whether u applied or not its just for their knowledge at the time of exam what is ur status of sip? that is y they mentoned 3 option yes, no and undergoing.

09 September 2013 Yes, technically its wrong but under old syllabus it was allowed...

However, may be there can be changes in new one..

just now i enquierd the prasad nagar branch in delhi
THey are telling me that i can leave the coloum blank or fill no.Since SIP is not for professional exam.
fingers crossed that they dont reject my form later.
