28 November 2012 Yes, you will fill all incorporation Forms 1, 18 and 32. The challan will be one of all forms. No separate challan will be generate of for separate forms.

29 November 2012 MCA would ask you to file all the 3 forms one by one as soon as you upload the one form.

After uploading of all the 3 forms the filing shall complete and challan generates.
