sir, a company purchased a tipper worth rs 16 lakhs on lease from magma fincorp. they are not demanding for creation of charge. isit necessary to create charge with ROC. please reply

Section 77(1) of the Act requires registration of each and every charge created on the assets of the Company whether tangible or intangible.
