Dear sir, I have filed a form 8 for creation of charge of a company, but by mistake i entered the date of sanction letter in the place of date of charge creation, correct date of charge creation is march 28 2013, so that can i file again the form with correct information or i need to do els, please resolved. If You file the Form again then there is two charge IDs for the same charge. Either you file the modification of that or let it be go as it is (typographical error)....as it is assumed that you hav attached Agreement and all supporting evidences.
