27 January 2010 I HAVE DOWNLOADED CPT REGISTRATION FROM ICAI WEBSITE CAN I FILL THAT FORM AND SUBMIT OR I HAVE TO TAKE FORM FROM INSTITUE AND FILL THAT FORM? PLS REPLY
