Just confirm me that year of membership taken is exempt from compliance of CPE hours if i am holding holding COP from 15/08/2015 and required to complete only 30 hours in year 2016.
then please tell me whether i am also required to complete again 90 CPE Hours from year 2017?

No. 2015 is exempt for you. Attend 30 CPE each in 2016 and 2017. Please also note that the break up of 30 CPE could be ...at least 20 structured CPE and rest could be unstructured

try to make it simple.......done unnecessarily complicate the issue..... 30 CPE per year is the simple formula...... by any chance if some one misses out a year, for him the concept of block will come into play..... Your next block will be 2017-18-19

ya i know i simply ask that i am only required to complete 30 Hpurs in Year 2016 na. yes or no further when will i send Self declaration form for year 2016 in respect of unstructured CPE Hours Claiming ?

YES. In 2016, you need to attend 30 CPE, out of which at least 20 should be structured. You can give the declaration as soon as you complete the remaining quota of unstrutured CPE, but not later than 31/05/2017
